How to cancel Max (HBO)

Open max.com, sign in, and go to Account or Billing. The TV app rarely cancels a plan.

Choose Manage subscription or Billing, then Cancel plan.

If Max came with a cable, mobile, Amazon, or Apple bill, cancel with that partner. Max cannot always stop that charge.

Confirm and keep the date
You typically keep Max until the period ends. Save the confirmation email.

Look for HBO, Max, or a partner name so a leftover add-on does not keep billing.
