Cancel Microsoft 365 yourself

1. Open Microsoft services

   Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services with the Microsoft account that pays.

2. Choose Microsoft 365

   Open Microsoft 365, then Manage → Cancel subscription.

3. Confirm the end date

   Microsoft usually lets apps keep working until the paid date. Recurring billing stops after that.

4. Store purchases

   If you bought through Apple or another store, cancel that store subscription. Microsoft’s site cannot end an App Store bill.

5. OneDrive storage

   When 365 ends, extra OneDrive storage can revert. Move files you need before the date.
